oxury is often defined by abundance, but in the heart of the coastal cliffs, a new residence is redefining it through restraint. "The Concrete Oasis" is not just a home; it is a manifesto of modern minimalism, where the architecture serves as a frame for the breathtaking landscape that surrounds it.
Designed by the award-winning firm Studio Horizon, the structure is composed almost entirely of raw concrete and recycled teak wood. The brutalist exterior, characterized by sharp angles and imposing weight, gives way to an interior that feels surprisingly soft and welcoming. "We wanted to create a fortress of solitude," explains lead architect Elena Rossi. "A place where the noise of the world simply cannot penetrate."
The main living area features floor-to-ceiling glass walls that retract completely, dissolving the barrier between the lounge and the infinity pool.
